United Bimmer is participating in a Toy Car Toy Drive for the holidays.
Thirteen forums are competing for the most donations of Matchbox or Hot Wheels
toy cars for charity over a period of three weeks (from November 28th to
December 16th). All donations will go to a local charity to give less
fortunate children a gift, when they would normally not get one. The
competition is being hosted by ScionLife, with the official scores and tracking
page here. The following car
forums are participating in the competition:
In the past two years, over 18,000 toys have been donated!
Current results so far this year:
The winner of this years competition is determined by the number of
points accumulated, where one individually packaged Matchbox or Hot Wheels toy
car (no off brands please to keep donation values equal) is worth one point.
Packages of multiple toy cars is worth points equal to half the number of cars
inside. Monetary donations equate to one point for every dollar donated.
Photo proof will be required for every competing forum to validate points.
