Loss Of Power
1998 Z3 6cyl Without Warning Car Will Lose Power As Though Starving For Fuel Shiftint In4 Gear It Will Run At Lower Rpm, But Will Not Exceed 40mph ,as If Insufficent Fuel. Car Has New Fuel Pump And Filter. The Problem Will Came And Go Without Warning. Any Help With This Problem Would Be Appreciated.

hmm.. that's really hard to diagnose without doing some tests. are you getting any "check engine lights"? get a scan for fault codes that might provide information to the problem.
there can be many, many things that could contribute to this type of problem.... clogged/failed fuel injectors, failing MAF sensor, failing ignition coils, etc...
