Z3 Leaking soft top
 

I had severe leaking. The fix was simple. Spray silicone (Dow, GE) onto the moulded rubber seal on soft top where it contacts the window. Hold rag inside to catch overspray. I actually spray the entire rubber seal. Seems the glass wrinkles the dry rubber creating the leak.

Yes I am having some very minor issue with leaking on my car, but I have noticed a great deal of wind noise. I am planing on getting some rubber conditioner and see if treating the seals will help with the wind noise and my slight water leaking issue.
