Replacing clock in MRoadster?
 

Hey!
Was wondering if anyone has ever replaced the clock (in center console) of a MRoadster. I'm most curious how to remove it WITHOUT pulling the entire console. Anyone have any tips/suggestions?

Hello, Yes..I have replace, and remove the anolog clock out of the MZ3 many of times. It is a bit of a pain..but it can be done..( Must have small hands) :-) what I have done is remove the air control panel..and stick my hand in through the opening and just twist the lock ring behind the clock and it will come out..Becareful not to break the little light bulb behind the indicators... But for the first time it may take some doing to get it off, but once it is off then it is very easy to get to out through the front. Install is the reverse order. I hope that help..It sucks that you have to remove the whole console just to get to the controls...:ranting
