1998 Z3 Parts
 

Just got a 1998 Z3 that needs some TLC. Looking for info as to where I can get a digital clock and a spare key. Are there any wrecks out there where I could get some small parts? Thanks!

as for a new key, you will need to go to a dealer with vin # and proof of ownership and the will get one for you.

When you go to the dealer with the VIN# and proof of ownership they can make a key fro you but beware, it's not cheap at all. I lost one of the keys to my wife's 325ci and was told the replacement cost was over $300.00! After I picked myself up off the floor I ddecided to wait on getting a second key. I still have the valet key in the house as a final back up.

I was quoted around $100 at the dealer for my key. I am not comfortable buying a key blank off ebay and having it cut.
