97 z3 trailing arm - who sells them?

I have been told I need to replace the driver rear trailing arm in
my 97 Z3.

I cannot find anyone who sells these but BMW for 670+$. Way too
much. I must believe their is a source for these suspension parts.

Also, is it really bad? I hate top replace it if it is not really bad.
Alignment shop "thinks" it is bad. Any thoughts/experience appreciated.

I do not want to replace the training arm as it is $600+

and may only be the busings. I "could" change the bushings and hope it is the real problem.

Any thoughts as to how I can "test" the existing
old bushings before replacing what may or may not be a
good or bad training arm.

Any advice appreciated. New to BMW world, moved from SAAB world
to faster vehicles.

the 1st "professional" was wrong. After careful measurement, and inspection by different alignment shop, I conclude there
is nothing wrong with my trailing arm.

Going onto other things to fix.
