E46 316i SE 2003 - CRANKshaft sensor location please?
Hi,

Had numerous problems with my car recently and have am currently 25 weeks pregnant with 2 kids kids so need to get this sorted out ASAP and need your help.

Ive narrowed the problem (non starting and eventualy cut out the other day) down to the CRANKShaft sensor (not CAMshaft). Ive got the part from BMW and ive also got a mobiel mechanic to fit it. He's spent 2 hours today and tells me he cant find the location (god help me) so i said id ask online............and here i am.

So, can anyone PLEASE tell me the location and how to get to (adn remove) the CRANKSHAFT sensor????

Mine is the same shape car as this......if that helps! only mine is 316i not 328i........

NOTE TO ADMIN!

Please remove me and cancel my membership. Ive been looking on this forum and its become apparent that its full of dick heads who clearly have no idea what they are talking about and give people answers to questions that they havent even asked. In other words they are giving them the wrong information, so i can only assume that someone will give the wrong info too.

Why have ADMINISTRATORS if you arent going to administer the forum??? muppets!
