2007 BMW X5 - NJ Loves the Extra Seat

During the last decade, the SUV revolution produced a new breed of family vehicles with comfortable seating plans and expanded cargo space. Most SUV designs provide room that a four-door sedan could never come close to attaining yet, there was still something missing for families that needed maximum seating, comfort and convenience. With the release of the 2007 X5, BMW has come one step closer to the ideal SUV design with its new third row seating option.

Not just for large families, the new third row seating option is the perfect solution to shared transportation arrangements that require a few more children to be added at a moments notice. In the past, the BMW X5 accommodated three children comfortably in the rear seat. Today, the new 2007 X5 third row seating option gives drivers more flexibility without comprising comfort or safety.

Unlike competing designs that cut down on cargo space in order to accommodate a larger seating plan, the 2007 BMW X5 provides a sizeable cargo space, even when the optional third-row seat is in use. On those days when your need for cargo space outweighs seating capacity, fold down the third-row seat. With the seat down, there will be more than enough space to load sporting equipment, groceries, or a space for the family pet.

BMW has worked hard to satisfy the customer’s demands and has released the redesigned 2007 X5 so that families no longer have to take multiple cars, make multiple trips, or sit uncomfortably together when needing to transport more than five people. Spacious, luxurious, and sporty, the 2007 BMW X5 purchased with the optional third-row seat, is a dream come true.

If you would like to test drive the new 2007 BMW X5, you are invited to a special 2007 X5 Launch Event at Circle BMW in Monmouth County, NJ on November 30, 2006. Circle BMW is located on Route 36 in Eatontown across from the DMV facility. They will be happy assist you with your questions about the 2007 X5 and review your needs without obligation.

I'm a customer at the dealership and highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and commitment to BMW customer. RSVP is required. Call 732-440-1200 and ask for General Manager Steve Rudkin or email steve.rudkin@circlebmw.com. You can also visit their website at www.circlebmw.com.

I'm new to the forum an apologize if this posting was considered spam. To set the record straight, I've been a customer of Circle since 1994 and have purchase many cars from them. I am not an employee. I do not get paid to write blogs postings for Circle.

I am a writer for my own website which covers community events and wine reviews in Monmouth County NJ. I visited the dealership recently, loved their new showroom and facilities, was invited to the event and plan to attend this event.

I thought to write about it because I am in the market for the new X5 and the third seat option was one of the newer features I liked. I promote events in Monmouth County free of charge for my own website and found that there were BMW blogs and the thought was the share this event with your readers.

If this was perceived as spam, please delete the posting. I did not mean to cause a negative response. When I write wine reviews and give scores to wines I like, you could infer that I'm promoting a wine or even making money from giving a wine a good score. That is not the case. In the same way, I love to write about good things in my area and have written hundreds of free articles on my commercial free website, promoting good businesses, and I apologize if this violated forum policies.

So in saying all that about the X5, did you actually drive one? :dunno

AND, did you further notice that they discontinued the X5 4.4. :uhoh

Anywho.

My new 2007 X5 is will be arriving in a few weeks so I wanted to update readers with my experience with the new 2007 X5. My brother got delivery on his X5 before me and I had a chance to take a long trip with them over the holidays. The 3rd row seat is ideal for children under 12 years old, adults would feel punished back there. The third row deat is NOT an option for most adults. On the open roads, Route 287, Route 78 and Route 31 in New Jersey the car handled beautifully. A good picture of the 3rd row seat, can be found on either http://www.2007bmwx5.net/2007-BMW-X5-faq.htm or on http://blogs.cars.com/kickingtires/2...07_bmw_x5.html

Thanks for the update :type

Yep, I've driven both models. They are very much different than the previous X5s.

The gear shifter, and the iDrive screen, the look has changed, and the drive is smoother. Not to mention, that you can get HUD with the X5s.

I like em'! :D
