Our new family....project.
So a couple months ago i put up a thread about your opinions on a ferrari my parents wanted to buy. Instead i talked some sence into them and we bought a rental property in Salem Oregon.

My dads a general contractor so were gonna fix it up(completely take it apart and redo the inside/outside) and rent it out. I think were looking at another one for us to live in also. Which is sweet cause oregon, so far, seems pretty sweet.

anyways heres some pics.

just got back from Oregon. Finished the house.

I did that fire place. The kitchen was done by me except for the granite tops. my dad did that last weekend.

I also did the siding, painted, and reframed the "sunroom" on the side.


Its ready for renters. Hopefully in about a month itll be rented.
