I had my own Uncle Bus last year. The old guy next door, who has a handicap parking space. Once I was over his line by a few inches, and he berated me, calling all sorts of names, asking "who the fuck are you?!" making a scene in the street. I tried to avoid the whole thing and leave, but he got in my face and wouldn't let up, all the while clinging to his cell phone, to call the cops in case I touched him. Pointing directly into my face, I wanted to break his goddamn hand and fucking wreck him. Even the fact that we had known each other for about 6yrs now didn't stop him from being disrespectful, because he figured I was some stupid young punk kid who needed to learn a lesson. I finally got him to stop by admitting that I parked there to piss him off, and I apologized. His handicap spot is about 5ft longer than it's supposed to be, and he drives a tiny Corolla . . and he's not even handicapped, he just knows cops who do him favors. So all that over a mere 3-4 inches over his stupid line, he decides it's worth verbally abusing a neighbor. So this past winter, I got him good. I drained the juices out of 3 cans of tuna (in oil), and I poured it all down his heater vent . . I can't even imagine what that smelled like inside his car

I guess the person is white? And seeing an Asian as an easy target for bully?

I'm sure the racial stuff had something to do with his motivations, but I wasn't really concentrating on that . . . it's tough with older folks, and it's hard to really blame them; they come from a very different time and place than what we're used to these days, where prejudice and racism was prevalent.
