Literally, that means: Day and night of all the inland to the zero tariff attainable. Publishing houses are also at the [north] motorways for the BMW on-call service. Please call with registration papers ready. It will take about 15 seconds. So basically, call BMW when you are in Germany and you will get a "publishing house", or road side assistant with your registraion papers ready. It will be about 15 seconds.
