they are pretty poor, and i really dont know how they can be "so black" instead of not so black.. lol, but he didnt say anything against black people, he jsut said that they were black, and a lot of them are

The point was that rich white america labeled these victims in everyway possible to strip them of their American citizenship...and distance these people from other American citizens.
calling them 'Refugees"...instead of "storm victims" is one level of racism.

Howard Stern discusses this in the mornings. Even he is fed up with how the gov. responded!

Whats the definition of a refugee Del? Someone displaced from there home or place of resdence becuase of flood,fire,famine,disease or conflict. They are refugees because there homes were destroyed by the flooding. And yes, most of the people there are black, and poor. But the color of your skin has nothing to do with ur financial status. Im white and im fuckin broke to shit. Sadly some people do make stupid or unsensitive comments, i know becuase i have as well. I could care less what wolf blitzer says, as long as the people there are reciving help and food personally he can say whatever the fuck he wants. All that we should be caring about is wether or not people are recvivng food and health care as needed.

Calling someone a "Refugee" or a "Storm Victim" in no way addresses their race, so that comment is idiotic. Sure, the majority of people there are poor, and black. There are still poor, white people there, too. Any comment about how relief was slow, because everyone there is black, was made by someone who's just fucking stupid. I do believe I saw whites, blacks, Asians, and hispanics wading through that water. Shit, the majority of the people there are stupid. They said; "Evacuate!", and people still stayed. Don't give me that shit about; "Oh, we have no money, so we couldn't go." Motherfucker, you have legs, right? You can walk, right? Walk your ass the fuck out of there. Adapt and overcome you lazy sons of bitches. That goes for any race that's there, whining over food and water.
