i dont see that guy spending anytime in jail, cmon he was shot at multiple times from very close, if he spends time in jail, it will once again prove the stupidity of the American Judicial System

I have a feeling in that situation, after that happening you cant POSSIBLY be in the right mindset to make a choice like that. I know for a fact if someone starts shooting me I WILL make sure he is dead.

no watch the video again he walks over to the guy on the ground and the guy on the gound picks his gun up and points it at him again. at that point it was still selfdefense and what not, tho i dk what was up with dragging the body afterwards.

yea i dk about u but if i just had a gun fight in my store i would probably not be looking to do much more buisness for the day and would want the cops down there ASAP so my ass didnt go to jail.
