Porsche Carrera GT Crash Settled for $4.5

Carrera GT Crash Settled for $4.5m

The lawsuit was recently settled for a reported total of approximately $4.5 million. The contributions to the settlement were about 49% from the estate of the driver, 41% from the track owners and the event organizers, 8% from Porsche, and 2% from the driver of the Ferrari that was claimed to have triggered the crash.

That part of the wall where the Porsche hit is at an insane angle to the track. I think anyone can see that.

yea.

Thats what the second document says.

what i find interesting is the lack of Traction control being an issue on the car. I agree there should be some sort of Traction control...cause my dad actually wrecked his porsche due to the lack there of. But i guess when you buy a car like that you have to respect it for what it is...even if it means taking it easier on Oversteer situations.

That is sad. I don't know if they should force manufacturers to add drivers aids to all vehicles.
