Your Ride: 94 bmw 325i, 97 vw golf
I did that in my BMW during the winter was fun. Is it harder to do in 5 speed, or when u slide can u just leave the clutch in or something to stop it from stalling? That is if you have 5 speed I don't know.

That is so great parking at the end..coming in all slow..
I did that in our van at like 3mph..but it was ice..so i slid like 15 feet PERFECTLY into the spot..good times.
Looked like you had fun, i cant wait for winter season, IM GOING..driving in the snow..woot.

no 5 spd here just a gaytomatic, but I would imagine you would push the clutch in while you slide...

haha it was flippin sweet I my friend was scared I was gonna hit his car at the end there haha
it was pretty hard cause i didnt have ANY tread left and couldnt pick up much speed... the next week I blew out a tire

yea, you would have to, a manual trannsmision will stall if the drive wheels lock up (friend tried a 180 and stalled it when he forgot to depress the clutch).

that video is awsome. I worked at the sugar bowl ski resort (if anyone lives in california) and i took my moms all wheel drive highlander up in the snow when it was really bad because my convertible 325i wasnt for the snow. anyways we used to go out after work in the parking lot and the snow was just piled up and the amount of gas we went through doing donuts and just trying to get out of the parking lot because they stopped plowing it when the customers left was great. Good times
