It took 5 minutes for them to return to the helicopter after landing. WHY THE HELL didnt the guards do anything?

I read in the news that the guards didn't shoot b/c the didn't want to do any harm to the pilot, appearently he's been taken hostage... and also the prison break was timed right at the shift change, so a lot of guards were just leaving/coming... |
