It's probably a kids' themed camp. A lot of educators do stuff like that. My gf does Harry Potter, Jimmy Neutron and Spongebob themed science education programs. They're usually affiliated with, sponsored or funded by schools and other similar institutions. The kids love it and parents get to be rid of the little runts for a while.
