the fact that they are driving like that! trust me if someone is aiming at you and your going 20mph its not gonna stop him, and besides the people that they bump in to, whos fault is that? far as im concerned, if they iraqis hate you, its not the person driving infront of you's fault

I couldn't find it. But if it's the way that i am thinking, that is about the same way I drove in convoys during OIF1 (03-04) when I was in Tikrit. It's easier to shoot at someone doing 20 than someone doing upwards of 60, and as jacked up as it might have looked, they (iraqis) would grab their kids and throw them onto convoys to see their reaction or the actions they would do. we detained about 6 when I was up there for that. If they are willing to give themselves up for Allah like that, that's on them !!

no its not that, its either stopped or 20 mph probably, because when your going the opposite direction in traffic or bumping into people's rear bumpers you cant go much faster than 20

Which would you have a harder time hitting with a grenade? A target moving at 20 mph or a stationary target. The point is that if they are moving at all times it WILL be harder to hit them. I don't really think the Iraqis care if their Yugo gets its steel bumper scraped up a little.
