That sucks man, I would say report it. I seriously doubt going by what you say that it was your fault, the cop was probably pulling in her favor and told you that. When some kid rear ended me in my rental cop the cop was trying to persuade me into not reporting it either... So my 2 cents is that I would report it

Well..I spoke to my inside guy at BMW during lunch...and he went over my car and quoted the damages on my car to be $1437.00!!!
That equates to a New [L] Fender, Paint to [L] door, Paint to hood (yeah good thing I was lazy in getting the hood fixed after the X5 nailed me...now I get it done for free out of this deal), Paint-match to [L] Sideskirts (Oh yeah you better believe I'm finally getting them matched out of this!), Paint to [L] wing mirror.

He said if my story is as is. Then I'm not at fault. Told me to get police report ASAP and call GIECO.

Plus since me and the lady who hit me both have full coverage with Gieco...it's no deductable fix...so no cash outta my pockets!

Anyway, once I leave work I'm going to the precint and getting my report, then calling Gieco!

God what a crazy ass week....no crazy ass month...and now tommorrow is Friday the 13th.....what else could possible go wrong for me!!?? A 747 land on my car!

dude that really really sucks, i got in a wreck not to long ago, the only day i drove my truck in like a month. some idiot pulled out and hit my pass. door. like i said im sorry and glad to hear your ok

Yeah I can't prove that she was on her phone even though I saw her exit with the phone in hand and talking on earpiece....(earpieces are legal BTW...but not good to be talking on anything prior to accident)

anyway just got off the phone with Gieco...her policy should fix both our cars. I've been calling her all day and she has not return my calls or picked up her cell or house phone. Anyway...I at least wanted to give her a chance but I went ahead did my police report and filed the claimed at Gieco....

I want my shit fixed pronto....

also...I get my skirts matched properly this time...and my hood done again!!!
