You know, not to be an ass, but the $300 reinstatement fee is for the state, the DMV sees absolutely nothing of that money. We are just the messengers who get slapped in the face sometimes. And for the suspended liscence, sorry, but it's state law. Suspended liscences suck. I've had to help many a pissed off person with that. No one comes in happy, no one leaves happy... but again, we are just the messengers. It's really a shitty job. Sorry Hoppy, but we go to jail for breaking the state laws, you wouldn't. Why risk that on a stranger?

And for the record, I don't know if it's the handicapped shithead. It's just speculation, however, someone did loosen my lug nuts. That is a fact. And no, I don't have fancy wheels.

Also I can't spell lisence. I think.

Its one thing to maliciously key someone’s car, sure it’s a bitch, but what happened to her is a lot worse. I’m still shocked that someone would do that. If you come out and find a big scratch that sucks, but if your wheel falls off on the way home that could be 3rd-2nd degree murder in the worst case scenario.

no litteraly. i was charged with the wrong "offense" and the DMV registrar refused to reinstate my license. FOR FIVE MONTHS.

i was charged with "immediate Threat" for speeding. recieved an indeterminate suspension. during my 3 person "hearing" the only person who was, not only a complete asshole, but opposed to reinstateing my licenses was the RMV registrar/rep.

trust me, my hatred goes beyond the typical "i had to wait in line". and in reality it isnt directed at the people at the RMV but the leadership. hell i dont even feel hate towards the cop that snagged me. he coulda arrested me and the car towed. he gave me "imediate threat" as a slap on the wrist, but the RMV refused to play that game. he decided his decision on me was more important than the norm of the law. Police get discretion. buerocrats dont.

Hoppy, that is pretty messed up. Sorry, but if you lived in Missouri, it would be easier. The DMV has nothing to do with actually suspending licenses. Only the Highway Patrol.

oh and cels, if it is the guy that I think it is, by the looks of it, he did have murderous tendencies. He was one of those ripped jean/old tattered jean jacket/old grunge band t-shirt/stained trucker hat/long, unwashed hair/general bottom of society types. I've met the general public, they aren't nice.
