ya i saw that earlier today, and the thing is, they werent even that funny so it just madeit look wicked racist, i mean if a joke is actually genuinely funny you can overlook the racist factor, you can say that the joke is said for the humor but his were just really lame it was like wtf?

it wasnt a joke. it was him argueing with some hecklers in the crowd. the clip doesnt show enough to pass judgement. for all we know it was all deserved. society holds too many double standards in cases like these.

i abandoned the rest of my post as i dont need to argue over the internet in defense of his right to say what he wants, and the lie that is "equal rights" ( for all catagorys, not only race but religion, gender, orientation, handicap ect)

interesting though, in his apology they decided to let the word "cracker/cracka" appear but they decied to fillter out the word "nigger," very interesting, oh and btw hoppy, again not to argue with u, but yea no matter wat you really cant defend him(other than when he apologized) b/c even if he was fighting with a few people, he insulted ALL black people

The problem with the apology is it means nothing. It is no different than when Mel Gibson had anti semitic remarks when he was pulled over wasted. He apologized also, but I don't fucking believe him. He said those things drunk, which makes them most likely true and honest.

As for Kramer, if he wasn't racist, why would he repeatable say racist remarks, even if angry.

i know some black people that arnt offended by the word. and if black people are so offended by it even when its not directed at them as an individual why arnt they offended when they use it towards each other.

not all black people were insulted, just that guy. it was just a word used as an noun.

the simple fact is

equal means either everyone can say it, or no one can say it
special means they get to decide when its "slang" and when its "racial"

thats just how i see it.

Hoppy, I agree 100% - America needs to grow up. If you/they are offended - get over it. If you're aggravated by a person using it - you're just as ignorant as they are. I have more important things to worry about than some clown TRYING TO DIS ME. I'd rather be laughing.
