Ferrari Crash Revisted
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20061108/...ime_ferrari_dc The guy who crashed his enzo ferrari at 160 Has been sentenced, I didn't realize that this ended up catching him for a buch of other stuff and thats why he must have claimed he wasn't driving when it happened. |

^^ He didnt steal the Enzo, he just stopped paying for it. The theft charges were for something different.

^Thats pretty much the same as stealing, the repo guys just never got to it, since im assuming it was a collateralized loan to get it. |

They didnt know. It was leased from a British Bank so they had no way of repoing or tracking it.
