9 over all the time. 10 will get ya pulled around here.
Harry is right though, 15 can have your license suspended in many cases, so 14 is a better idea.
Think about this, though; when you get a reduction in court, they usually reduce to 9mph over. If you are already only doing 9 over, your chances of not getting pulled must exponentially increase.
Both times I've gone to court for speeding (15 over and 19 over) I've had my tickets reduced to 14 over, so it will not go to the insurance companies. I told them I'd pay whatever, I just didn't want my premiums to go higher (they already are high enough with an 18 year old on a bimmer).... and they explained to me they only reported tickets to insurance companies that were 15 or over.
Don't assume my district has the same rules as yours though. Could be different where you live... I'm just saying "magic 14" is the rule around here.
used to be 65 in 55 in the city/highway and as fast as possible in the backroad twisties, but now i have a wreckless driving/evasion ticket over my head so its 55 in a 55 now , but i still mash the backroads.
I think its 20+ here.

70 mph on us 31, which has a 55mph speed limit but since they're gonna raise it thanks to the new governor mitch daniels, to 65mph i'll prolly be doing 95 mph like i do on the way to school everyday, actually on the way to and from school it involves me cruising behind a slow person at 80 for a while then going 110 for a while then having to slow down because someone gets in front of me again, i'm surprised i haven't gotten a ticket yet
