had a wreck in my sis' car..it was my first...so, there was a car turning left on a 2 lane road and a dodge magnum was behind it, then i had just stopped behind the magnum and all the sudden i look in my rear view mirror b/c i had to stop pretty fast, and a kid in a brand new explorer talking on his cell phone plows right into the back of me..the damage doesn't look near as bad as the impact...getting estimate of damage tomorrow. oh yea, the guy who hit me was a son of a sherriff..so yea, no citations, not speeding, following to close, nothing..only thing is that his insurance has to pay, so that's all i care about...here are the pics

That really sucks, man. Make sure to go get checkd out by a doctor. You never know how bad something like this can be.

thats bull$hit!!! wrong is wrong. and when your driving, your driving!

in anycase, i hope your ok. i would get check out tho. if anything, put that on his tab too because he is at fault. shoot, i would even look into abuse of authority or something like that because the kid she be held legally liable.

i went to the doc...it could be serious b/c my pain is coming from my spine, not the surrounding muscles which isn't good. they gave me some muscle relaxers(dunno why cuz she ruled out pulled muscles, lol) and motrin, and i have an appt with the orthopedic doctor tomorrow

Damn that sucks about your back. When I wrecked my eta, the lady that was hit went to the doctor a few times for back problems but ended up being OK.

Good work on getting it professionaly checked out

Sorry to hear that man. And like the other guys said good job on going to see a doctor about your back. When I was hit from behind it took about 6 months for problems to occur in my neck
