To follow up, I'd like to say that not all contractors are the same. These guys were supposed to be at my house by 12 noon on Mon, but they actually got here around 5pm because they had a lot of jobs that day. Usually, you don't expect much from a local place that does jobs for Home Depot or Lowes, but to my surprise the folks were very professional. They kept everything neat and clean, and even took the time to talk to me when they finished, despite it being around 7pm. They explained everything to me in plain English, took their time, and ended by asking "What other questions can we answer for you?" I just said "man, you guys rock!"

just watched the video. that was crazy! and cool

before we went on vacation our faucets were showing some of the signs they mentioned in their Q&A. i would like to see maintenance fix the hole in the roof!

we just had brand new HVAC from sears and the contractors were really cool, I am suprised that they worked so hard, then they explained it all after.
