have any of you not paid tickets??

Im just wondering if anyone else here doesnt pay speeding tickets.. even if its just once.. I did it once, in Pennsylvania.. the cop pulled me over for going 8 over, and it was $120 rediculous dollars... i dont live there. screw that.. i just cant drive through that state again..lol. the points havent transferred either, and its been almost two years, so im pretty happy about that

thats kind of a risky thing to do for a measly 120 dollars....IMO, if your speeding, then you accept the fact that you can get a ticket.

holy crap man! $410 for a headlight?! damn. i've never been pulled over. i don't speed much at all. only on roads like chuckanut drive!!! you just cannot drive a BMW and go any less than 25 mph over the speed limit on chuckanut, it's just not right. period.

HOpe you don't have to renew your DL or they will get you for that money I promise - Anthony got a ticket in Kansas - " forgot about it " - and turned out they had suspended his licence because he hadn't paid it and he had to pay it and then get his DL renewed

basicly if ya get busted just pay it

make the court appointment, then postpone it, then postpone it again, and i head the cop just may eventually give up and not even bother showing up.. depends on the cop of course...

yes that is one strategy of getting out of tickets. cops have to ask their supervisor for time off to go to court when someone fights a ticket. If you change the court date several times, the cop usually gives up or cant go bc he wont be given time off to go.

I don't pay parking tickets but I do pay moving violations to aviod license revokation. Well, I should say I don't pay parking tix until I have to, which is when you renew your registration. They will not renew it unless you pay off your tix

Yeah, I've heard of people getting off doing that before... but if it doesn't work, you're facing one very annoyed cop in court. haha
