I think she was refering to dealers' sales departments - service, parts & misc depts make a dealer - the sales depts (of most) are nothing but "legalized whore-houses". Most salesmen are alcoholics, womanizers & bullshit specialists. When they say "well, let me check w/my manager" that's your que to RUN - because the left hook is coming at your face. If you ONLY knew the internals of a typical sales dept, you'ld NEVER buy a new car. It's one of those "honor amongst theives" things.
