just a helpful website on finding out whether or not you have a interference engine or not. meaning if you break a timing belt, then your not going to have much luck.
i found this helpful in helping a friend know if his 95 prelude and 94 300ZX were interference engine, thus letting him know how important a periodic timing belt change is.
Yea but what did that "lump" do to the balance of your car? I'm sure the engine weight alone has changed the geometry of the front suspension & the overall handling. I admire your ingenuity but it defeats the original purpose of the design of the car. I bet it's a straight line rocket but it's got to be a handful in the corners.
So am I, but the BMW is the driver for my sanity. (Do they still have the dragstrip in S/Fs?) If so later this year I might be down to see you w/my bird.
