He he, all great ideas, but I'm not much on taking cars to the track. Besides, some of you may remember that I restore to stock specs for the most part . . been slowing down for a while now in my old age
And quite frankly, part of this whole thinking is that I'm getting tired of working on cars; don't really have time nowadays either. I just want a car that runs. Before, it was a challenge because I was learning more and more about the car. Now that I know it pretty much inside & out, I'm seeing it as a PITA to keep fixing. I think I'm leaning toward Linds' idea of cutting my losses on this one. Maybe I'll just try and maintain it the way it is right now, until either it dies or I get out of school in 2yrs, whichever comes first.
