I was watching Trauma: Life in the ER last night, and they had this burn victim, an aerosol can blew up on him. From that little can, he's looking at 2yrs of therapy and skin conditioning. And that's after the skin grafts and hospital stay. Hopefully Zak is out of the woods, but I think he'll have a ways to go yet towards a complete recovery?

You have three choices, stand behind our troops, grab a gun and toe the line with our troops, or stand in front of them, they can use the extra armor.
Or not. He could have taken his eyes off the road for a split second, maybe fiddled with something in the cockpit. Sometimes it's hard to recover, depending on how fast he was going. Narrow roads like that are nice for sprited driving, but doesn't leave you much room on either side. He wouldn't even have to be going that fast to lose it.
^^^ i drive on MD roads that are much like those all the time, and they are great for spirited driving, but at night it may have been a little bit different, and regardless of whether he fell asleep or not, he musta been tired, and that would have probably had an effect on his response time
