You know, could just be me not knowing about certain things, but I didn't think that a little girl like that could do that.

People mature at different rates in different society.

No, 9 isn't right in any circumstances

Here 12 and 13 year old girls are Children.

In other places they are near Adults vying for husbands and looking forward to having children at that age.

This girl appears to be from one of those places but is still way too young even there.

Well it's reported by fox and a slue of other news agencies...

Totally fucked up, yes... I agree with the census... minus witeshark....u sicko.

Must add that I get so annoyed when I see these little girls prancing around in skimpy outfits or the like. Showing what they yet don't have...trying to act like they know... when they have NO idea of what can happen.
