Hey guys, yesterday we had a bit of a storm, and our power line fell down because it was hit by a tree and jerked the counter/power distributor from the wall on the house.
Needless to say we are out of power and the phone lines are down as well.
Went to cousin's house for a few minutes today and though I'd let you guys know what's going on.
And on another note, Carolyn and I are going to the beach from Tuesday - Thursday (I'll probably be driving the AMG )
MANY pics to comes from both the trip and the "power outage" and who knows, maybe a vid of the AMG and I
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
Heh, and unfortunately I've been hit by another wave of work, and I'll be very busy for a while again too. I've been traveling all over the southeast on corporate server repair calls (usually Sun boxes), as well as doing heavy web development for a few companies. We're also in talks with Comcast and Costal Computer Corporation about rolling out some joint-marketing ventures in the CRM industry. I also called the printing company about the e30 tshirts today, and I'm sending them the original image in a second, so hopefully we can finish the design work and begin printing in the next week or so. I'll keep you posted on that.
And also, in my endless free time, I've formed a conglomerate network site for all my sites, to bring them all together. It's called Eldium Interactive. http://www.eldiuminteractive.com and it'll add a bar to the top of all our network sites like this: http://www.eldiuminteractive.com/showbar.php (example). That should connect all the related sites a bit better, and also help our search engine optimization greatly, since it'll unite the entire network with a single website, rather than scattered links everywhere. Oh, and if anyone has any experience writing Press Releases, contact me.
Thanks guys, and hopefully things will clear up soon and I can resume more-frequent posting.
Actually my girlfriend is the fan... I don't follow them. However there IS a huge following, so the site brings in decent traffic, even with the minimalistic content.
The trip was great, we took this road that was THE road to drive on for us BMW owners... long, nice, CURVY! I had lots of fun in the AMG, I had no idea how powerful this car really was until now. It was constantly begging me to give it more love. 80-100 was a joke to it, I'd usually do in that range but when I wanted to pass people and I was doing 60ish, by the time I'd pass them the car would already be at 110 ..... I didn't really give it too much go though since Gf was right next to me constantly, but it was definitely a fun car to take on the trip
Power's back and phone's up too.... I guess it helps when the mom's best friend is VP of Duke Power we had a 5 truck crew at the house working until 7 am the day before I left...
Here's the damage from the extra wind
Neighbor’s tree that knocked out power line out...
