2006 Washington State Olympic Lifting Meet
yesterday was the 2006 Washington State High School Olympic Lifting meet. I competed in the 77kg. weight class (169 lbs). I power snatched 80kg. and clean and jerked 100kg. I ended up getting 2nd in my weight class, by only 5 kg.

^^^I started lifting with a buddy that knew more than I did. After that, it became a routine that I lifted 4 times per week. I started to read muscle magazines (not men's fitness). I learned from reading and talking to guys at the gym that were in better shape than I was.

thanks fellas, yeah a couple of my friends work out all the time, I don't even know how much they can lift, I know one can curl just over 100, isn't that quite a bit? Well I think it's curling haha
