Driver Improvement Courses - what a waste!
So I got a speeding ticket a month and a half ago for doing 45 in a 30 (fukkin female cop, state trooper - I was doomed). To keep points off my license, they said I could take an online driver improvement course. So, I'm taking this course now. . . . . as I type to you all. . . . . what a fukking waste!!!!! This is sooooooooo damn useless this course! What a money making scam this bs is!

Yeah yeah, join the crowd. I got a speeding ticked on Easter Sunday. 52 in a 40.  Court date is May 30ith for diversion. 6 months being clean...and it's off my record.

 you can only take it once though, i learned this the hard way. its like pay yoru way out the first time, but the second time, you're fucked bad.

heh in some counites in California you have to go to a live class. 8 hours of torture...its the biggest pain in the ass. I would much rather do a pointless online course in 45minutes trhen sit in class for 8 hours.

^^^ actually, it took me 20. and the funny thing is taht while they don't allow you to use the back button, the website can't detect if you open an identical tab during the "education" part for later use during the "testing phase" stupid maw'fuckers if you ask me.

Okay. . . . remember, gentlemen, I'm in Florida. . . . . Each page had a timer on it that would expire and turn into a "next" tab. Each one was ridiculously slow necessitating a 4 hour ordeal, but fine. I could surf the web while that was going on (which I did). Now. . . . . . there was no need to open up a new window w/ the information on it. There were ten quizes (one for each chapter) and then a "final." If you got a question wrong on the quiz, they told you the right answer and then reset it so you can try it again! lol. Even funnier, each quiz only had 2 questions!!!!!!! The final exam was made up entirely of the quiz questions AND you got 5 tries to succeed at passing it!!!!!!! As if that weren't swell enough, you could still open up other web windows to search for the answer! Fukking FLorida, I tell you!!!!! lolol.

I ate 3 points a few weeks ago, rather than taking that stupid course. I wouldn't give them the satisfaction. To me, that's wasted time out of my life that I'll never get back.

94, I shit you not with this story I'm about to tell you. . . There is a town in FL called Starkey. It's about 30 minutes north of Gainesville and south of Jacksonville. Their chief source of income is speeding tickets. They pulled my father over for going 3 mph over. . .AND gave him a ticket! He's not alone. Knew about 5 people in Gainesville that had similar stories. They do not play there. PS-I was really bitching about the stupid, money making class.

damn man 3 over.. thats so gay, yeah I was just adding to the thread with my frustration lol, there were people flying in front of me, but the cop instead goes for the guy doing 6 over... Thats what happens when you own a red car...
