what i dont get is the water level from one river to the other. The other river is that much higher then the other, or how the hell do they get the water to raise its level above the other river? I mean when the bridge ends what happens?

Did they build up the other river bed or what?

I think it is probably two different rivers that cross. I don't see how they could raise the water level of one river to match that of the bridge. However, I don't know exactly. I don't have any more info than what I posted. I'll try to find out tho.

^ I think it's a canal... a man made river that crosses over the bridge. They are two different bodies of water that just happen to cross paths. Think of it as plumbing.
