Sleep is the best thing for you I think. When you're sleeping, you're body's not doing much except working on killing the cold.

For some reason though, I only get sick about once a year, and it's usually a minor runny nose and sneezing or something. That's crazy because of the amount of unhealthy stuff and lack of sleep I get (for example, yesterday I was up for nearly 40 hours, then came home and slept for a little over 17 hours straight). You'd think I'd live sick. heh

I've rinsed with Paroxide before. Read the back of the bottle, it'll tell you how to dilute it. It doesn't taste as bad as one might think, actually. Eat and drink plenty. If you get a fever, don't eat as much and sweat it out.

Its not too late, its at $3.50 a share right now, and if the US likes it as much as we do, then it will just get higher. BUt I'd wait a couple weeks, cause it will go down a little before it goes up.

Jack yourself up on airborne, and get a lot of sleep. I took about 4-5 of those tabs a day when I had a cold and I felt so much better afterwards, they are trully a god send.

I drink lots of OJ and water and take Vitamin C pills.

A technician told me about "Cold Eaze" (sp?) Similar to cough drops....he said they work like a charm.

Spelled Cold Eze . . yea they work too. Basically an overload of zinc in them.
