that italian agent who was killed
http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...taly_usa_dc_51
"Rome denied that, saying U.S. authorities were "indisputably" aware of the presence of Calipari and a second Italian agent in Baghdad even if "it is likely that they were not aware of the details of their mission." oh, ok we are aware of TWO people in a city of OVER FIVE MILLION PEOPLE! ( almost six) many of wich are activly trying to kill US soldiers. "Rome said there was no warning signs that a military road block was ahead on the road to Baghdad airport, but it said there was no reason to suppose the car taking Calipari and the hostage to freedom had been deliberately targeted. " ok well on this. common sense. its called airport road for a reason. it runs to the airport! what is probibly the most heavely guarded road in the country. and you are speeding down it, in the dark of night, with out ever telling some one you were coming, in a city where US troops are being attacked via suicide car bombers and what not. no "signs" im willign the bet there were lights, trucks, gates and MEN WITH GUNS. cause i dont know about you, but men with guns is a pretty clear sign to go no further. |
