what was/will be your first car AFTER your first real job?
So what was or what will be after you graduate(d) from school and got/get that first real job.
I have every intention of going to law school and being hired by if not a highyl prestigious firm, a successful firm. my frist car after getting that job will be the new most bad ass iteration of the mustang i can find. so for me that will probably be a 2012 mustang shelby GT 500 or that sexy saleen beast.
since i refuse to be anything but a successful lawyer MPG = NO!

I'd like to stay in the BMW family but by the time i finish college/get a successful job an e46 M3 may be considered an "old" car so i'll have to see what's up the road for future M3's
maybe the M Z4 as well
hopefully i'll be able to keep my current car too though

I am hoping to get out of college in 3 more years, doubt this will happen considering i need more units compaired to other majors since I am in mechanical engineering. I hope to keep my car with no big problems until then..
then maybe something like an e36 m3 if it will still be possible to find something in low miles and great shape, because honestly, it is one of my favorite cars.
It has a decent amount of power, good handling, and most of all, they look so amazing even stock. (e36>e46 in looks)
Plus I do not think I will want to spend a lot of money on a car when I first get a job, I rather spend it on living decently (need furniture, an apartment, food, random bills, want to travel every where), at least until I have a stable life and make more.

well hopefullly i will still have my current car with some turbo power for fun. i will probalby need something a little more practical as well. maybe an e46 330xi. keep in mind that i can graduate next year if i want to. i might end up back at school again, so who knows 02 330's should not be too badly priced by then.
