Airport security probably confiscates thousands of pairs of scissors and knives everyday.

heh, it'd be funny if you bought a box of those and proceded to go through a usual checking and boarding process to board a plane and when you get to the security checkpoint just be like.. "Oh darn... I gotta turn in all of these. Drat" but be like "Wait a minute, I left a relaly nice pen somewhere in this pile... Can I have that back please?" and have them search through it (keep the knives closed lol)
