i love the expansion joints on all of our bridges here in pittsburgh. they're all over and they give you tons of 'white knuckle driving moments' if you're not paying attention.

Im with dough... though its not cuz Im a pussy... its just way too hard on the car. Not just the tires, but the rear suspension especialy. though on snow and ice it sometimes cannot be avoided.

haha last night i was driving home, 12.00 ish. No cars on the roads. Drifited(or tried) on every turn it was safe to try on. Fun shit. Of course it was raining, but everyone knows RWD +rain=screwing around.

i know exactly what your talking about! there is a large bump sorta like that in the middle of this S turn on the way to my school, ive had some scary moments because of that damn bump...
I prefer grip driving. You can make it through a section of turns so much faster if you have a good grip racing line. Also, like stated before it is horrible for your car.
However, in the rain I do my fair share of drifting. My favorite is going up to the canyons when it is wet. You can learn so much car and throttle control when the road has much less traction.

I don't know if this relates... I took a 25mph turn doing 60pmh. If it weren't for the grip (right on RealBmw 02), I would've flown into the guard rail...
