i pitty you then your getting old hooch. green label was discontinued in 2004 when old number 7 was droped from 86 to 80 % alcohol. any green label around is old. ( not that it really matters, but none of the places aroung me still have any) or so i understand im actualy upset about it and started drinking Jim Beam. original number 7 (jack daniels, Jasper Daniels to those of us who know him well, original 138-year old recipie) was 7 years old, 90 proof. then it was droped to 86 proof and now its only 80 proof. and some claim they only age it 4 years.
