I just managed to talk my way into getting put into the new residence hall that is seniors only and is nicer than any aparment that yu'd ever find for under 2k a month. Even comes with 32" flat panel plasma HDTV in the living room. fully furnished too!

I'll have it next semester (fall) it was mre money but i'm dropping my meal plan because i get a free meal every time i work. Its me and my roomate from this year and then the two guys who originally had it to start with.

i'll tell y'all how I pulled this off once y'all figure out the catch.
