Your Ride: 2007 Acura TSX
Hmm, caught me off guard. We're actually studying this in my capstone semiar at school. But, we havn't gone to post 1776 yet.... If you want to wait a few weeks, I could give you a better response, I'm sure it's too late by then.

A. the Articles of Confederation were inadequate and that a central federal government had to be created with sufficient power to force compliance from the states.
B. That a balance of power must be maintained between the states and the federal government.
C. Certain powers are ceded to the federal government with the balance of power reserved for the states or the people.
D. The federal courts have on obligation to interpret the constitution and federal law to protect the rights guaranteed by the constitution, as well as to acknowledge state sovereignty and restrict the federal government from overstepping it's bounds.
