supra's are RWD, and(im guessing, not sure) can probably drift better then a bimmer.

Are you serious?!?

I'd take an M3 over any Supra anyday.

1998 Supra
Power: 168 kW , 225 HP @ 6,000 rpm; 220 ft lb , 298 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. 3.0L Inline 6, 4 Speed Automatic; 6 Speed Manual, Rear Wheel Drive

1998 M3
S52 6 cylinder, 321 HP
2001 M3
S54 6 cylinder 343 HP

Game over!

comparing apples to oranges. thats a n/a supra. look up twin turbo supra ...

or compare the n/a supra to a 325i ... we're either comparing top of the line, or base model ... u dont just mix it up and claim u win the argument.

supras are nice guys, supras and skylines are probably where its at with japanese cars, so if he has a supra, leave him alone, but if he doesnt, take him in a BMW and start drifting!

If you want to really convert him - park next to him and open both cars hoods. Ever seen the engine compartment of a Supra? (you have to have tiny Japanese hands to get in & work on) It's wall to wall motor. Granted they are quick & fairly reliable (even after a good thrashing) I'ld take ANY bimmer over a Supra for the "access factor"

They don't.... at least not in the USA, E36 M3 stock is at 240hp and E46 M3 stock is at 333hp. Unless, years of reading car stats went no where...

Like Torque said, I'd take a stock Twin Turbo Supra any day over an M3, they have so much potential for power. And you can resell them for a shit load more money

That's not to say toyota is a better company, because it's not. They build good quality reliable cars. Where as BMW throws out reliable luxury tear your face off RWD sports cars. See the difference?
