Wow, that sucks. Its a shame he's dead but he probably shouldn have been going that fast. from the pics at the link the entire back end and bits of the front were ripped off, but the cabin itself seemed to be in ok shape.
hes not dead
i cant imagine that, i take my car up to 180 often and its easy to lose control, too bad a security cam or something like that didnt catch the actual crash
..heh. thats fucking nuts.
thats what happens when u go that fast and hit something...oh well. Atleast hes alive. I love how the reporter said it was a 16valve..haha. my I4 has 16 vavles. |
Thats crazy, just goes to show all the technology in those cars, i'm willing to bet they adapted some stuff they do for F1 into the enzo, thats probably why the back end is just gone while the cockpit is still in decent shape.
wo maybe he should drive something with a little less balls
At some point, I guess too much is too much. :dunno
Funny thing is the guy with the enzo probably has already bought a new one :lol
wow, thats crazy, only a sratch on the lip? why cant all cars be that safe?

I'm fairly sure they adopted a tremendous amount of technology from their F1 program. If you think about it, it is pretty much an F1 car with a body and two seats. It is made entirely out of carbon fiber and utilizes many of the same materials and components the Formula car does. |
^^ Exactly, the the paddle shift transmission is almost identical to a F1 car. The basic concept of the car is F1 for the street. Thats pretty much how it was designed
Crazy...
can't believe he lost it at 120. At least he's alive and his insurance is going way way up.
