fill the parking lot with an inch or two of water and let freeze overnight for an ice rink. (best to do over a weekend)

spray mounting cement (glue) on the floor and door handles

get the industrial saran wrap, the stuff they use to secure pallets and wrap the principal's car (wait until it is cool to the touch) he will need a knife to get through it.

fill a classroom with packing peanuts.

Well this may not be the most creative, but i helped some guys competley cover one of the treachers cars entirely in post it notes. Then a week later they wrapped it in saran wrap. Thats what im gonna do to some kids car in a week or so.

best of both worlds: cover car in post it notes, wrap with a lot of saran wrap so that the notes arent really visible. then when they take off the saran wrap they still have the notes to deal with.

and it wont ruin the paint

ok, having now read all other ideas presented/

if you have access to the school/ ( over night maybe)
fill the hallways and classes with inflated trash bags. ( assuming small town, small school)
fill the hallways with dixie cups filled with water
freeze shaving cream cans with liqued nitrogen or maybe even CO2. cut off the bottem of the cans and leave them in the office. get alot of cans and you can get a hefty layer on.
puting a car on the roof! ( easyiest done by building a wooden frame then attaching body pannels)
screw furniture to cealing

if you have to do it during the day
get a group of people to play a massive game of tag
classic food fight

if you have balls.
class room musical.

the school isnt that small, it would take aton of those bags to fill the whole thing up. and the class room musical has already been done in his class. lol. and we the doors are locked and have alarms on them, so getting into(or out of) the school after 4 is impossable.

That's why you don't leave in the first place you noobcake. Hide somewhere; it's a big building ... unless they have infrared motion detectors or some high tech shit -- which i doubt.

thing is tho, u'd have to spend the night ... there's no way you could get out with the alarms there unless u pull a mcgyver shit of some sort.
