only open 2 months and ready to pull the plug? It takes time to build a business. Your customers are out there, but after 2 months I doubt they know where you are.

Give it more time..

My dads close friend actually started a cafe/coffee shop in a not so great or upscale area, it took abouy 6 months but its doing fantastic now.

You shouldnt have invested so heavily if you cant take the initial hit like that.

youd be better off selling the building not the business... and a broker is someone that lends money such as washington mutual peoples bank etc etc etc, they would hold your mortgage on the building, so i dont know how they are gonna help you sell it?..

of course it takes time. no great businesses started off strong. it takes time and effort to make anything great. keep at it and you will prob be alright. make sure you market it to the right people.
