the thing about financial records is that we are so new, we havent had enough time to properly develop. only been open like 1.5-2 months.
only open 2 months and ready to pull the plug? It takes time to build a business. Your customers are out there, but after 2 months I doubt they know where you are.

youd be better off selling the building not the business... and a broker is someone that lends money such as washington mutual peoples bank etc etc etc, they would hold your mortgage on the building, so i dont know how they are gonna help you sell it?..
i honestly would love to see this place explode in business, and I agree at times, it just takes more time, so we will see how it goes.
of course it takes time. no great businesses started off strong. it takes time and effort to make anything great. keep at it and you will prob be alright. make sure you market it to the right people.
