Agreed. My parents have a MUCH bigger age gap than that.
Both of my parents remarried much older then themselves. At least 10 years for my dad and 20 for my mom. Personally I didn't object. It simply wasn't my business. Especially since I wasn't invited to either wedding.
OK REALLY DIDN'T MEAN TO HIJACK!
but seriously whats the huge deal lol
yea I was in 4th grade when he graduated High School
our first date was when I was 20 and he was 27 (he was 28 2 days later but thats not the point)
when you boys get old you know you will understand age doesn't matter
PLUS its runs in the family - My grandmother was my grandfather's senior English teacher!!!
he asked her to be his after he graduated and she told him to go to college and come back and ask again - - - and he did - Happy Ever After
do not get her anything she needs. ever.
i got stuff i needed from my bf for christmas and for my birthday and it didn't go over well, even though he thinks it did. i need to drop a LOT more hints.
jewerly? always a good choice. maybe a right hand ring, bracelet?
I dunno, she made me swear not to buy her more jewelry. It has been several years now and she did ask for more jewelry a while back, but I reminded her of the pledge she had me take.
Besides she has 2 rings for her right hand, 1 is antique white gold band with a outer ring of yellow gold and was hand engraved, but the pattern is wearing now from age, it was created between 1900-1920. The other is a regular gold ring that she just liked. I bought her a nice saphire pendant but she lost it. I also bought her a bunch of other rings etc... but she has her 4 favorites that she wears everyday.
I wouldn't mind buying her a new set of earings(she just got her ears repierced) or a nice ring.
