i realize i just proved you right, although i might be an exception, i agree new drivers who don't have the skills or maturity to have such cars, shouldn't
feel sorry for the guy though, but hopefully it saves some other kids who knew him from doing reckless things
shahab unless your tires suck, or you like over rev your car, or drive fast in the rain you shouldn't be losing the back end. It would be understandable if you didn't have traction control..

what? no? dont BS, you can spin your tires with a freakin ford escort if it was rear wheel drive, especially when he said it was in the rain or snow

yeah you can spin your tires, but thats not from driving with traction control, and not giving more throttle than is needed, and losing the backend is a bit more than spinning your tires.
ok i got a 318. No trac control but i still have significantly less power then an M3 obviously. I have had my rear end kick out numerous times(never on flat land always an upill slope) and it oculd be very easy to loose control and get tboned by other traffic. You could blow out a tire, loose control and have the same thing happen to you.
I agree a 16yo shouldnt have an M3, but shit happens and always to the wrong people. All my wishes to the kids family.

^toss it a little harder on the flat and you can get the back to step out, its so easy to control and just stay with the gas and it will pull back in.
Sorry to hijack
