Video Not working

im dowloading this video, and on when i play it, it only plays for 2 minutes and 40 seconds, but like if i click on the tracker, it will play the section i desire, forexample if i click the middle, it will play the middle of the movie, then cut off after 2 minutes and 40 seconds. How can i make it play the whole thing.
